‘What is Tough?’ is a 3 year investigation that will bring out a feature film on the real China, the China that is not reported by the press or the television, for fear of loosing the rights to cover the Olympic Games in Beijing (starting at 20:08 8/8 2008).
The film takes the form of an expose documentary, which subtly indicates to the audience the state of the world today.

Broken down into three primary acts, which centre around events of historical significance in the struggle for human rights in China; noted members of the (CIPFG) Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong [including representatives of Hong Kong’s legislature, retired diplomats and members of the European Parliament] combine with experts in the fields of Tibet, the media, economics and religion to fully explain the rise of China on the world stage, its stranglehold over the west, and the persecution of Falun Dafa.
Harrowing accounts of personal experiences of torture in China, and those who have visited the Mainland at great personal risk to spread the truth, are recounted in an honest and reflective manner.
With little being achieved in the cessation of the persecution since its inception on July 20th 1999 (with almost 60 years of unopposed suppression in Tibet being a chilling example of international apathy), and little coverage of the atrocities in western media, the question is, how has China managed to get away with the worst genocide since the holocaust of the 1940s? A secret police force, state run media terrorism and extensive spy networks around the world have convinced many that the genocide is not occurring, or is even justified…but we know the truth.
We will not tell you what to think...by simply providing the facts as we have discovered them, we hope you will come to know the intolerable truth for yourself.
